UPS experiencing delays - Monday 30th November 2020

All of our couriers are currently experiencing delays after a busy black Friday, but our colleagues at UPS seem to be really struggling. If we have sent you a parcel via UPS since last Friday, there is a good chance it is still waiting to be collected. 

UPS hope to resolve this on Tuesday, but if they fail to do so we might have to re-route your parcel via a different courier, this is way more tricky to do than you might imagine but we will work through this as quickly as possible and if necessary send you a new tracking link.
