You are more than welcome to come and visit our stunning new showroom at Burrough Court in rural Leicestershire - it's by appointment only - 20 minutes from M1 J21 and about 45 minutes south of Arena UK. Alternatively we have our pop-up shop at a number of shows in 2021 including the Blue Chip Championships in April, Blenheim International Horse Trials in September, and of course Horse of the Year Show in October.

If your in the midlands or northern home counties why not organise a yard day? In return for giving us some space for our pop up shop (plus cake and coffee) we would be delighted to come down for the day and show you some of our amazing ranges and collections - we can tailor our product ranges based on you and your customer requirements.

We promise to advise you of a realistic delivery time once your order is placed. If the delivery time is not within your timescale we will cancel and refund you immediately.

If you are based in the UK, over 18 with a credit or debit card you can select Clearpay as your payment method at checkout. Quite simply this allows you to spread payments into 4 equal amounts paid on a fortnightly basis over 8 weeks. A super way of spreading the cost perhaps on some of our more expensive items. It doesn't cost you as the customer any more than paying in full at time of check-out but you do need to make sure you pay your instalment amounts on time to avoid any additional fees.

Due to some incredibly onerous processes that are being implemented as part of Brexit - we are currently unable to ship internationally, including to NI and the Channel Islands.

We are now trialling shipping on a worldwide basis - it seems more complicated than we imagined in terms of customs, shipping time and ultimately cost of delivery - but we are exploring options and trying to find solutions that work for us as a business and you as a customer. Reach out if you need any guidance or estimated cost/timeline prior to ordering. 

There are times when we may have to cancel an order if we discover the shipping cost is prohibitive - we will of course inform you and advise you of any potential costs prior to sending anything to you.

Yes we do, we charge £20 for delivery regardless of size of order, and use DPD next day delivery where possible. 

We also deduct VAT from any Channel Island order.

For UK deliveries we use DPD for next day delivery and Royal Mail and MyHermes for our standard delivery service. These couriers are well regarded, insured and allow us and you to track progress of your delivery. We will include a link to the track progress page for each order.

Some of our products are not always held in stock due to cost, complexity or size - any such product is listed as a pre-order. Feel free to order now, this will alert us to your request and we will respond with a delivery estimate within a few hours. 

Rest assured we will do our utmost to get the order to you as quickly as possible,  and if there has been a delay before dispatching we will confirm that you still want the item before we send it to you...
